Frustrating healthcare experience with poor communication

I've been a patient at this practice for years, but I'm now actively seeking alternatives. Each time I attempt to schedule an appointment by phone, I'm instructed that bookings are exclusively possible through their online portal at 7:30 AM, with the added caveat that a physician will only reach out if they deem an in-person consultation necessary. I'm thoroughly frustrated because despite following their process multiple times, I've never received any response or follow-up!!
