Frustrating healthcare experience with poor communication

Getting an appointment or even a simple return call from this practice seems utterly futile. The frequency with which they misplace critical documents I've submitted, ultimately preventing me from obtaining my prescription, is absolutely unacceptable. I was anticipating a follow-up call that never materialized. After submitting an eConsult highlighting my lack of communication, I was assured I'd be contacted promptly. A full week has passed, and predictably, silence remains. While this practice was quite reliable years ago, the aftermath of the Covid pandemic has transformed them into a consistently underwhelming healthcare provider.
