Frustrating healthcare experience with poor communication

After experiencing a previous miscarriage, I discovered I was pregnant again and scheduled a doctor's appointment. I was instructed to wait for a midwife to reach out, but after two weeks, I had heard nothing. I eventually obtained her contact number, only to learn she had been attempting to contact me for weeks and even sent a letter. This occurred despite my explicit request to update my contact information at the surgery. To make matters worse, two years ago, they asked me to collect my grandfather's medication from the pharmacy because they were too busy - it's utterly ridiculous how they operate.
