Frustrating healthcare experience with poor patient communication

Getting an appointment here is a nightmare. The morning booking line constantly drops calls, leaving you stuck in a lengthy queue. They suggest using their online app, but after spending ages completing a detailed form, you're met with a frustrating "no availability" message and told to call back elsewhere. The doctors come across as unhelpful and occasionally discourteous. The reception staff are relatively tolerable, though they seem overwhelmed. It feels like the entire system is deliberately designed to be inefficient, almost as if they're intentionally making patient access difficult.
