Frustrating healthcare experience with poor patient communication

I've been a patient at this medical facility for a while, and previously, scheduling a doctor's appointment was straightforward. My wife, battling multiple sclerosis, is experiencing progressive health challenges. However, the recent shift to mandatory online booking has created significant barriers, preventing her from consulting her regular physician, Dr. Tucker, whom she hasn't seen in a year and a half. The entire healthcare experience has become cold and inflexible. We are now seriously contemplating transferring our medical care to a different practice. It's truly disheartening.
