Frustrating healthcare experience with poor patient support

Two months have elapsed since 111 assisted me in securing an urgent appointment within two hours, due to difficulties with the online booking system, yet I remain no closer to addressing my medical concern. The reception staff's patient interaction is utterly disappointing, and the online booking platform is equally dysfunctional. Despite undergoing a prostate blood test two weeks ago, I'm still waiting for a follow-up call to discuss results and potential next steps, as originally indicated by the doctor. Ironically, I accessed my results through the NHS app within a mere two days! It is high time another comprehensive review is conducted to reassess whether this surgery genuinely deserves the "Good" rating it was awarded back in 2018.
