Frustrating healthcare experience with terrible booking system

Their scheduling process is absolutely abysmal. The phone-based booking system offers merely two slots, both five days in the future. When I rang the medical center at 8:15am, all daily appointments were already filled. The receptionist was incredibly discourteous. It appears the practice manager completely ignores patient feedback, otherwise some meaningful changes would have been implemented by now.
