Frustrating healthcare experience with terrible booking system

Completely futile. The website displays 8:30 while the phone indicates 8:00 for opening hours. Their appointment process is a telephonic battle involving an exhaustive two-minute recorded message. Zero option to schedule appointments online. Post-Covid, securing a consultation has become almost insurmountable. One might as well camp out in the emergency department for faster service.
