Frustrating healthcare experience with terrible communication

Scheduling an appointment here is an absolute nightmare. Getting in touch with a physician seems impossible, and the reception team's communication skills are abysmal. Their triage process is completely dysfunctional. You'll spend endless hours on hold, only to be dismissed and told to call back, then repeat the same frustrating cycle the next day, being informed there are no available slots. This level of service is unacceptable. The quality of general practitioners varies wildly. When I initially presented with right-sided upper abdominal pain related to gallstones, one GP bizarrely suggested scanning my ovaries - utterly nonsensical. It's incredibly disheartening. This practice has seriously declined from its previous standards of excellence.
