Frustrating healthcare experience with terrible customer service

The customer service is abysmal, with a phone system that's completely dysfunctional and prone to disconnecting calls after lengthy wait times. The front desk personnel seem overly eager to interrogate patients about their medical conditions and push their unqualified 'triage' process, inappropriately probing into personal health matters that should remain confidential.
