Frustrating healthcare experience with unhelpful doctors

Utterly unacceptable. Over the past year, I've attempted three separate times to consult a physician, and the process is incredibly frustrating. Scheduling an appointment involves navigating an intricate maze of bureaucratic hurdles just to have a conversation with a medical professional. Even when you finally manage to connect, their immediate default is diagnosing COVID, regardless of whether any symptoms support such a conclusion. While healthcare workers are genuinely risking their lives daily, the medical staff here seem obsessively focused on protecting themselves, displaying a complete disregard for patient care and comfort. This approach is entirely inappropriate, even in scenarios involving actual COVID-positive individuals. The lack of compassion and patient-centered care is deeply disappointing and represents a profound failure in healthcare service.
