Frustrating healthcare experience with unhelpful staff

Absolutely dreadful experience, with scheduling an appointment being a nightmarish challenge and communication feeling utterly impossible. The staff display zero compassion or understanding, and the receptionist ranks as the most incompetent and unhelpful professional I've ever encountered. Their mandatory E-Consult platform is a complete disaster. When you diligently upload documents to the system, they mysteriously deny receiving them! Attempting to be proactive, I emailed the documents directly, only to be told they cannot accept email submissions and insist on using the malfunctioning E-Consult system. Any attempt to speak with a human representative results in total frustration, as they robotically repeat that you must use their online system, showing zero willingness to assist or resolve issues.
