Frustrating healthcare experience with unhelpful staff

Absolutely appalling service. I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for five consecutive days, struggling with sleep apnea and forced to stay awake all night, only to be informed that all slots are filled. When I expressed willingness to wait three to four weeks just to secure an appointment, the receptionist claimed she couldn't help me at all. Her attitude was completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and customer care is shocking. How am I supposed to manage my medical condition with such unhelpful staff? I'm certain she can arrange appointments for others, but not for me. I'm determined to escalate this issue and will be contacting the health board to address this unacceptable treatment. This is not how a medical practice should operate.
