Frustrating healthcare experience with unhelpful staff

I called the medical practice at 8am as recommended, only to find myself 58th in line and opt for a callback. When they rang back at 8:30, I was informed there were no available appointments. I explained to the receptionist that this was a recurring issue requiring a GP consultation, but was simply told to attempt booking again the following day - which is incredibly challenging for someone working full-time. Additionally, the receptionist provided inaccurate information about the pharmacy first service at local pharmacies. Having worked in pharmacy for over a decade, I was well aware of the service's limitations and knew I couldn't utilize it. This interaction clearly demonstrates that the staff urgently need more comprehensive training regarding local healthcare services!
