Frustrating healthcare experience with unhelpful staff

Every time I try to book an appointment by phone at the medical practice, I'm met with frustration. The staff appear dismissive and disrespectful, especially towards me as someone with dyslexia. Each call results in being brushed off, with available slots consistently pushed out to a week or even longer, leaving me thoroughly disheartened and feeling belittled.
