Frustrating healthcare experience with unhelpful staff

The front desk staff demonstrates a complete lack of empathy and customer service. Scheduling an appointment at this facility is an exercise in frustration. After multiple phone calls, I received a form to complete, but the appointment request system is only accessible at 8:30 AM. To make matters worse, the link was non-functional for an entire week, with daily promises of imminent restoration that never materialized. Each attempt to seek medical care leaves me feeling like an unwelcome inconvenience.
