Frustrating healthcare experience with unhelpful staff

I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the recent interaction I had. Upon reaching out to schedule my initial consultation since becoming a patient, I specifically requested to consult with a physician. However, they insisted on directing me to a pharmacist, disregarding my previous pharmacy visit. The pharmacist confirmed they could only suggest a syrup and were unable to perform a chest examination. Notwithstanding my persistent worries about chest pain, I have yet to be offered a medical appointment with a doctor to investigate and address my potential chest infection.
