Frustrating healthcare experience with unhelpful technology

Absolutely terrible customer service where you're now forced to navigate through an automated chatbot for every single interaction, whether it's scheduling an appointment or requesting medication. The receptionists seem to be relying entirely on a WhatsApp chat system, which is ridiculous considering they're physically located just meters away from the doctors' offices. To make matters worse, they're declining to process referrals and instead redirecting patients to a pain clinic that is completely ineffective at providing any meaningful assistance.
