Frustrating healthcare experience with unresponsive staff

Scheduling an appointment requires a staggering six-week lead time, unless you're prepared to instantly abandon your plans and rush to the doctor's office. The general practitioners I've encountered seem utterly detached from patients' concerns. The front desk staff are equally dismissive and unaccommodating. During one visit, I endured a wait exceeding half an hour, and when I inquired about the delay, I was curtly informed that my options were to reschedule or continue waiting, with no clarity on the potential duration of my wait. The entire experience feels frustratingly impersonal and disorganized.
