Frustrating healthcare experience with unresponsive surgery

My doctor sent me to the hospital for medical investigation. While the test results fortunately came back clear, I still need a follow-up appointment and was instructed to complete an E-consult again, despite having already done so previously. After repeating the E-consult, I was directed to call 111 or contact the surgery. I phoned the surgery at 6:15 PM and was tenth in the queue. By 6:30 PM, I had moved to sixth in line. For another thirty minutes, I remained at sixth position before they closed. I spent 45 minutes on hold without speaking to a single staff member. I have never encountered a more disorganized medical practice and healthcare system for accessing a doctor. I've completely lost confidence in their services, and I cannot comprehend how they are permitted to continue operating as a medical surgery. I'm only giving one star because the rating system requires a minimum rating.
