Frustrating healthcare experience with zero communication

Wasted more than 60 minutes attempting to obtain my x-ray findings, only to be informed that I must schedule a consultation. Frustratingly, no appointment slots are open in the current or upcoming month. The November calendar is not yet accessible, and I was instructed to phone back at 0800 to secure a time slot. Absolutely unacceptable. All I desire is to have a conversation about my medical situation - is that truly an unreasonable request?
