Frustrating healthcare experience with zero communication

Absolutely worthless service. It took me 45 minutes just to get someone on the line. Even when the pharmacy appears empty, there's no way to connect with medical staff. I'm supposed to have a personal consultation every half-year, but I haven't spoken to my doctor by phone in three years. Completely ineffective. Completely useless.
