Frustrating healthcare experience with zero help

The service was absolutely abysmal. I completed an online form twice, only to receive a text message directing me to a chemist, despite explicitly mentioning my three-week-long severe sore throat. After trudging around numerous pharmacies and being repeatedly turned away, I finally found a pharmacist who recommended I go to the emergency room due to the severity of my condition. Had the initial doctors not dismissed my concerns and prescribed antibiotics, I wouldn't have wasted an entire day at the hospital. Moreover, the receptionist's comment that few pharmacists can actually prescribe medications makes their initial advice seem completely nonsensical and a waste of my time while I was already feeling incredibly unwell.
