Frustrating healthcare experience with zero resolution

I'm frustrated after calling 111 yesterday, and they suggested I try to see a nurse about my complaint. When I went in, they instructed me to resubmit an online form in the morning. I attempted to do so but encountered errors again. I received a text telling me to redo it in the morning. I called them back, but received no assistance, so I'm giving up.
