I was seeking a medical document from my physician to pause my gym membership due to health concerns. Both NHS 111 and my medical practice advised against attending with untreatable injuries like my fractured rib. Despite this, the clinic's receptionist flatly refused to provide the required documentation, leaving me in an impossible predicament. They suggested I file an email complaint, though I'm skeptical anything will come of it. I'll update on the responsiveness of the administrative staff.
