Frustrating healthcare journey with endless tests

The primary issue is the impending shutdown of online triage after March 1st, meaning a return to those early morning phone call marathons just to secure an appointment. I've been navigating appointments since November for a persistent problem, and only recently have they finally referred me to a hospital after numerous negative test results from urine and blood work. Credit to Dr. Chakroboty for eventually referring me after months of constant bathroom visits. I've consulted at least five different doctors who all conducted identical tests, yet none had referred me until now. The frustrating part is that weeks later, I still haven't received the referral letter, and my most recent test results came back "borderline" with the receptionist offering minimal information, insisting we return for another sample - marking my sixth visit in a remarkably short period. The communication between medical professionals is clearly subpar, and I strongly suspect I'll be forced to wait until new test results arrive before being referred, which is more than a month later than initially promised - utterly exasperating! Additionally, some healthcare assistants seem woefully unprepared; during my blood and ECG appointment in June for a separate issue, one couldn't even operate the equipment, necessitating a rescheduled appointment - absolutely unacceptable. Healthcare shouldn't be a bureaucratic game of endless rebooking and repeated visits; doctors should, at minimum, schedule follow-ups before patients depart.
