Frustrating healthcare journey with unhelpful management

I recently sought a GP appointment but was turned away. Instead, I was redirected to the Livewell Hub where I encountered a pleasant physiotherapist, however: 1) I was compelled to pay for parking, unlike at Blandford House where parking is complimentary. 2) While the physio could diagnose my condition, they were unable to prescribe medication. Consequently, I had to wait an additional day to request pain relief through the frustratingly inefficient PATCHS system. Moreover, the physio suggested I alert them to potential medication interactions - is it truly my responsibility to manage these medical complexities? I am not a healthcare professional! 3) My attempts to file a formal complaint have been systematically obstructed by the practice manager, Caroline Jones, who now refuses all communication. Given her deplorable conduct, I requested her supervisor's contact information, which she has flatly denied. I strongly suspect Caroline Jones has been dishonest and appears to believe she is untouchable and immune to accountability. We are all aware of the NHS's systemic breakdown due to governmental mismanagement, but... Once you actually encounter a medical professional, the care itself is commendable - the real challenges lie in navigating the initial access. The core issue resides with 'middle management' types who possess an inflated sense of self-importance, hide behind bureaucratic shields, and demonstrate a remarkable lack of empathy. The PATCHS system is abysmal, and Caroline Jones has informed me that complaints are merely filed internally per NHS policy, suggesting absolutely no meaningful action is taken. Truly, what is the purpose? If I didn't have elevated blood pressure before this ordeal, I most certainly do now.
