Frustrating healthcare maze of endless miscommunication

I initiated contact and was directed to an online consultation, which then instructed me to speak with a representative. Upon calling back, I endured a 16-minute wait, only to have someone answer and immediately disconnect the call. The service is utterly unacceptable. I've already undergone 5-6 back-related appointments in recent months, yet it appears that no physician has any awareness of the previous doctor's diagnosis or recommendations.
