Frustrating healthcare nightmare at croft medical centre

Croft Medical Centre - what can I say? After attempting to book an appointment at 08:00 for five consecutive days, being told their 'trained staff' would handle my call 'efficiently', only to be informed that no slots remain or the call list is 'full' with no alternative options, there's not much positive to report. When you're sitting in the Accident and Emergency Department wondering why you're waiting for hours because of 'patients who should have seen their GP', Croft Medical Centre exemplifies exactly why those patients end up in the hospital. Their booking system appears deliberately designed to frustrate patients, not assist them. It's clear they're overwhelmed by patient numbers, but rather than addressing the root issue, they've created a rigid system that forces patients to waste time in pointless attempts to communicate with (not actually meet) a GP. On the marginally bright side, I received an apology each time, which I dutifully passed on to my mother, who is dealing with the health issue, and she has fortunately recovered. Yes, I'm being entirely sarcastic. Update - on day five, I finally got through, only to discover once again that no appointments are available. They surely deserve an award for consistently maintaining this level of inefficiency.
