Frustrating healthcare nightmare with zero accessibility

What an utterly frustrating experience! I've been attempting to secure a medical appointment by calling before 8am daily since mid-April, but without success. I completed the PATCHS form and was instructed to book an appointment, so I tried calling repeatedly. However, I was left hanging on the line for nearly an hour without ever reaching a staff member, ultimately forcing me to abandon my efforts. One particularly unwell Tuesday, I was compelled to visit A&E. Before discharging me, the doctor recommended I request a B12 blood test from my GP. When I discussed this with the receptionist, I was told to book a GP appointment to explain the test's necessity. My response was straightforward: How can I schedule an appointment when I've been consistently unable to book one before 8am, especially given my full-time work commitments and occasional work travel? This entire situation feels completely hopeless and incredibly defeating.
