Frustrating healthcare nightmare with zero patient support

I've been attempting to secure a medical appointment for more than a quarter of a year, and it feels like an insurmountable challenge! After repeatedly failing to connect via telephone, I physically went to a medical practice only to find the doors locked. Someone at a window inquired about my needs and advised me to use their online system. Following their guidance, I spent an extensive period completing the digital registration form. The system sent a confirmation, but two hours later, an email arrived stating my request was cancelled and recommending I call 111. When I phoned again and finally reached a staff member, they paradoxically suggested I return to the online platform! I'm utterly bewildered by this circular process. How exactly do these healthcare professionals justify their salaries? It's certainly not through providing patient care!
