Frustrating healthcare scheduling nightmare ruins patient experience

I'm consistently struggling to schedule an appointment, as every time I call, I'm trapped in the phone queue and abruptly disconnected once I reach the front of the line. This situation is truly unacceptable. The current appointment booking process desperately needs an overhaul, as it's clearly compromising patient care and demonstrating a significant lack of organizational competence.
