Frustrating healthcare service with limited availability

The service is far from impressive. The onboarding process is painfully slow, and their econsult availability is extremely limited, now restricted to just 8-12 on weekdays with an even more restrictive window that closes before 10am. So much for a supposedly 24/7 service that's supposed to accommodate patients' schedules... Additionally, their interactive voice response system is incredibly frustrating when you're forced to call because the econsult window has already shut. Update: I'd gladly give negative stars if possible - it's practically impossible to complete an econsult. They seem to close almost immediately after opening, and are only accessible Monday through Friday. To make matters worse, today at 8:15am, the econsult was already closed, which is absolutely ridiculous.
