Frustrating healthcare service with no clear answers

I reached out today (14/11/2023) at 17:36 regarding an urgent inhaler prescription I critically need but haven't received. I attempted to secure an immediate appointment given my medical situation. The staff informed me appointments were only available for next Monday, which seemed inadequate. When I asked if I could schedule right then during the call, the representative's response was contradictory and confusing. Upon requesting clarification, she became dismissive and impatient with my questions. Essentially, today offers no appointment slots, tomorrow supposedly will, but no substantive explanation was provided. The communication was extraordinarily challenging, especially considering this involves essential healthcare. The service quality was remarkably poor - I'm left without my emergency medication and without a comprehensible resolution. I'm sincerely hoping this is an isolated incident and not representative of their standard patient care. The entire interaction was frustrating and potentially compromising my health needs.
