Frustrating healthcare service with zero accessibility

Typical frustration - scheduling an appointment is impossible! The phone lines are perpetually jammed during peak hours, and by the time you get through, all slots are gone. Even the staff seem mortified by this continuous subpar service. Patients are desperate to understand what leadership is doing to address this persistent issue.
