Frustrating healthcare support with endless wait times

Three and a half hours have passed, and I'm still on hold, desperately trying to resolve an issue with my essential medication coverage. The frustration is overwhelming, especially after hearing rumors that customer service representatives simply disconnect calls and sit idle. Based on my current experience, these claims seem entirely plausible.
