Frustrating healthcare system fails heart failure patient

I'm dealing with heart failure and consistently struggle to secure medical appointments. Each time I call, I'm instructed to phone back at 8am, but even then, I'm unable to book a slot. This situation requires immediate attention. The receptionists keep me on hold for extended periods, and by the time I finally connect, all appointments are gone. It becomes impossible to see a doctor when the staff continually claim no availability exists. I've discussed this issue with other health professionals, and they are investigating on my behalf. I find it deeply disturbing how patients are treated in this manner.
