The appointment process has devolved into a frustrating online maze. Now, instead of a simple phone call, patients must navigate a cumbersome digital form and endure endless waiting. After submitting my details three weeks ago, I've only received a brief text about a referral, with zero communication regarding my other medical concerns. Despite being a loyal patient for two decades, I'm now compelled to seek care elsewhere. It seems they're deliberately implementing strategies to discourage patient engagement. This feels like yet another example of our society becoming increasingly impersonal and detached. Their approach effectively alienates long-standing clients and demonstrates a stark lack of genuine patient care.
