Frustrating healthcare system fails patient completely

I attempted to secure a doctor's appointment by visiting the medical center, only to be informed that no slots were available that day and advised to retry from 8am the following morning. Given my prior experiences of enduring hour-long telephone waiting times, I requested online access details. Why doesn't this practice implement a callback system??? The digital platform is utterly dysfunctional and completely ineffective! I've repeatedly tried logging in using my NHS credentials, but consistently encounter error messages. The system prevents me from updating my email address and persistently claims my email is already registered... What an absolute organizational disaster...
