Frustrating healthcare system fails patients and staff

The surgical practice is incredibly hectic, and securing an appointment is a significant challenge. Their digital booking system is absolutely terrible - the last time I attempted to schedule, it merely confirmed my presence but failed to properly route me to the nurse or doctor. This creates a frustrating experience that renders the entire process pointless. Patients become increasingly irritated when they wait for an appointment only to be let down by digital system malfunctions. These technological failures not only inconvenience patients but also make the work more difficult for medical staff.
