Frustrating healthcare system fails patients completely

I'm utterly bewildered by the current state of healthcare access at this practice. It's incomprehensible that for a non-urgent medical concern, I'm being told I cannot consult a GP until January! Yesterday, I endured a 30-minute wait only to be informed that no telephone appointments were available, and I was instructed to call early the next morning. Following their advice, I spent nearly an hour in the queue today, only to be told the same frustrating message about appointment unavailability. I'm beginning to question what truly constitutes a medical "emergency" in their eyes. This mirrors a complaint I shared two years ago, and it's disheartening to see the situation hasn't improved. What has happened to the once-efficient surgery I've trusted for over two decades? The entire system seems to have dramatically transformed, with appointments now impossible to secure for an entire month. Just months ago, I could schedule a consultation within a fortnight. Moreover, the on-the-day appointment queue is now completely inaccessible, with perpetually blocked phone lines. I'm left wondering: WHAT WENT WRONG?!
