Frustrating healthcare system fails patients miserably

Thrilled about expanding their patient roster (likely driven by monetary gain), but securing a medical consultation is practically impossible. The process requires calling precisely at 8am and enduring a seemingly endless wait in a queue of around 50 people, only to be either disconnected or informed that all slots are filled, with instructions to repeat the entire frustrating process the following morning. Completely unacceptable and a total failure of patient care!
