Frustrating healthcare system fails working patients

Trying to book a doctor's appointment is becoming impossible for working individuals. The morning phone lines at 8:30 are a nightmare, and by the time you can actually make a call, all available slots have vanished. This happens consistently, and the reception staff offer zero assistance. The current scheduling system is completely broken and fails those who are employed. In my personal experience, I've only managed to see the doctor twice in five years, and on both occasions, they were running 45 minutes behind schedule. This is absolutely unacceptable. It's clearly time for a change, and surely Evesham can provide a more efficient healthcare booking system!
