Frustrating healthcare system leaves patient without help

The doctor refuses to prescribe medication via phone call, but simultaneously makes it impossible to schedule a face-to-face consultation! I was redirected to call 101, who then advised me to visit my GP. When I called precisely at 8 AM, all daily appointments were already fully booked???
