Frustrating healthcare system wastes my precious time

Thank you. When I call the medical practice, I'm greeted by an automated system that tells me I'm 10th in line, and I've already wasted 4 minutes listening to a broadcast. Then I wait through 10 more customers, with no idea how long it'll take. Eventually, an unfriendly receptionist tells me to call back later or tomorrow, making me feel like I'm talking to a machine. And when I order my medication by phone, the prescription is often incomplete or incorrect. Can anyone at this surgery use some common sense? There's never a courteous response.
