Frustrating healthcare system with glimmers of hope

I was prompted about my overdue cervical screening and have been struggling to schedule an appointment. Multiple attempts have ended with me being disconnected or running out of time during my lunch break. Just now, I was 22nd in the waiting queue. While the healthcare professionals themselves are competent, accessing their services feels incredibly challenging. Update (Oct 23): The vaccination team delivered exceptional service. They responded to my email within 10 minutes, were incredibly accommodating when I wanted to consolidate two vaccination visits, and offered thorough, detailed guidance about my upcoming appointment.
