Getting an appointment here is an absolute nightmare. The process requires calling on the morning of the desired date, but this means enduring interminable hold times or risking call disconnection due to overwhelming call volumes. Even after waiting, you're likely to find all appointment slots have already been taken. This isn't just a problem with this specific clinic, but seems to be a systemic issue within the NHS that desperately needs addressing. The entire scheduling system is frustratingly inefficient and leaves patients feeling helpless and ignored.
