Frustrating healthcare system with zero patient accessibility

Getting a doctor's appointment is incredibly frustrating. By 8:30 in the morning, all available slots have vanished. Their much-advertised online booking system is essentially useless, only handling administrative tasks like sick note requests. Patients are unable to schedule appointments in advance. The general practitioners appear to have some vague work-from-home arrangement that remains unclear and unhelpful.
