Frustrating healthcare that fails patients every time

Their phone lines are perpetually unresponsive, forcing patients to visit in person, and now they've even stopped allowing direct doctor appointment bookings, even for future dates. Instead, they repeatedly promise "The doctor will call you back" - a promise that consistently goes unfulfilled. This is the direct consequence of slashed NHS funding. Completely ineffective. We're now compelled to seek private healthcare because the NHS, which we financially support through our taxes, has become utterly inadequate. Moreover, the staff are growing increasingly irritable and abrupt, likely due to the constant stream of frustrated patients they must manage.
