Frustrating healthcare with endless booking runaround

Getting a medical appointment here is incredibly frustrating. I consistently try calling during early morning hours, but I'm always met with the same dismissive response: "Sorry, we're fully booked, call back at 2pm." Then when I call precisely at 2:00, they tell me to try again the next day. It's extremely disheartening, and I'm convinced their medical staff are becoming increasingly unprofessional, seemingly avoiding their work responsibilities. The receptionists appear to be dishonest, repeatedly claiming they're at full capacity. This exact scenario unfolded today, when I specifically took time off work to see a doctor, only to be completely unable to secure an appointment. I sincerely hope they take steps to enhance their customer service and accessibility.
